30M p/w mangled hand that was caught in an industrial tortilla slicer. Near complete thumb amputation at proximal phalanx with avascular digit, avulsed index finger, ring amputation with preserved tendon and bone of middle finger, lacerations to ring and small fingers with otherwise intact tendinous and neurovascular status. Dorsal hand degloving with minor extensor tendon lacerations. Plan for fingers and order of importance?
