elderly male in his 90s presents with abdo pain, rigid abdomen, diffuse discomfort on palpation, lactate 6, ECG sinus rhythm, pain does not radiate to the back, FAST scan: no free fluid visible, only proximal abdominal aorta visible with normal diameter, bloods including inflammatory markers: normal, looking at X rays, tachycardic HR 105, what are the steps to take, I will be posting CT report and what we did later. The patient has a good quality of life, normally health and independent.
