LESION IN THE RIGHT ULNA STYLOID

65-year-old female patient with a personal history of pulmonary nodule, chronic bronchiectasis, cervical-lumbar polydiscopathy, bilateral rhizarthrosis and fracture in the distal area of the right ulna a decade ago following a work accident.

Current treatment: calcium/vitamin D, desloratadine 5 mg, beclomethasone/formoterol 100/6 and amitriptyline 10 mg.

She came to the clinic for mechanical arthralgia in her right wrist that had been developing for several months with no recent history of trauma. She has tenderness on palpation along the ulnar border, with a mass visible on examination of the contralateral wrist.

According to the radiological image, what diagnosis do you consider most likely?

4 days ago this lesion (image) appeared in a region near the right armpit. She is with itchy in the area.
Probable diagnosis?
