## 32yo female with no significant PMHx presents with 3 days of sore throat, intermittent fevers and this lesion.
- Rapid strep of throat positive. 
- Afebrile, NAD and nontoxic in clinic. 
- Tonsils are only mildly erythematous. 
- This lesion grew out group A strep. 
- The black is covering a tattoo
