Unknown Rash

30yo female patient, NKA or PMHx, not on any medications.

Rash developed on anterior leg, beginning as small red vesicle and progressing into larger vesicle before draining yellow serous fluid.

Progresses into larger, dry, red patch. Occasionally pruritic.

Has been treated with antifungals, antibiotics, and topical hydrocortisone. In first photo, new spot is beginning superior to the original lesion.

Pt has been without fevers the entire time.

Any help or advice on what this rash could be will be useful.
