BEG, patient using a walker to move around. Both feet cyanotic +++/4+, without edema. No other phlogistic signs.
AC:
HR: 70 bpm, no murmurs.

- Spironolactone 25 mg 12/12h
- Furosemide 40 mg 24/24h

- Amiodarone 200 mg 12/12h.
I add ketoprofen for pain control. What else can I do to help her with her poor oxygenation and foot pain?
