patient wanted to extract mandibular first molar. She was a female and had severe periradicular infection (i forgot to take picture of its xray). She got anaesthetised after 3 cartridges, but her extraction was very easy. She was reluctant for local anesthesia, i had a very hard time giving her the local anesthesia.

Patient sent me this picture today stating that she had very itchy skin and these red bumps on her back on her abdominal region. I think it is bed bugs. What do you guys think?

16 year old female came to remove her mandibular second molar BDR. Her oral hygiene was very, very poor. I was having trouble extracting her teeth because of the bad smell continuously coming from her mouth. She already had previous extractions at such a young age. She comes from a poor background and doesn't have any dental awareness. Patient wanted prosthesis for the missing teeth without taking care of the already present teeth. Most probably a removable partial denture will be given to her as she can't afford bridge, implant etc.

A 22 year old female pt came for her 3rd visit for root canal procedure. She complained a white patch, grayish color had developed a day after her second visit. She stated the previous doctor had put "topical medication" because the pt refused local anesthesia. The lesion is white patch, crater-like, cannot be scrubbed, grayish in color , and painless. Current diagnosis is hypersensitivity reaction due to arsenic trioxide paste.

85 yo female with multiple comorbidities, deemed very high risk for anesthesia. Had an intertrochanteric fracture. She was reduced on a fracture table and an external fixator orthofix was applied. Patient put weight on her leg POD1. The whole procedure was done under Local anesthesia.
