Case Presentation

A 64-year-old woman presented with pruritic skin changes on her right lower leg. She noticed that the skin change is expanding. There were no other symptoms.

On exam, the annular skin change is present on the right leg. The erythematous border is raised as a wall and there is desquamation which follows it.

What could it be? My thought is granuloma annulare.
