bisected #Kidney showing a large, 7.5cm mass in the mid-upper pole. Due to the tumor arising in the renal cortex (blue) and not in the renal pelvis (yellow), this mass is most likely a #Renal-cell-carcinoma. Also included in the differential diagnoses, due to the appearance of a central scar within the mass, is an #Oncocytoma.
