90+ y/o female. PMH of schizoaffective d/o, Parkinsons, and Alzheimers. Currently wheelchair bound and dependant on staff for ADLs. Been trying to get her on hospice for a while, but they refuse cause her labs are good. Currently on Sinemet, Comtan, Requip, Zyprexa and Depakote. This woman never ceases to amaze. These are her most recent labs.
