34 yo female reported 3 wks of cough with thick sputum. Cult | Figure 1

34 yo female reported 3 wks of cough with thick sputum. Culture done and results shown. 3 days ago developed dyspnea, sharp chest pain with deep inhalations (pt suspects from chronic coughing and pulled a muscle). Chest x-ray done today and Xopenex breathing treatment done in urgent care setting. Results of sputum culture done last week showed haemophilus parainfluenza. Does the chest x-ray look like pneumonia to you? Does haemophilus influenza typically cause these symptoms in otherwise healthy adults?

30yo F, no documented past medical history but looks chronically unwell presenting with cough and sputum production, chest X-ray showed extensive left upper lobe consolidation which progressed on levo + Vanco. She had a bronch and we are waiting results, this is the sputum she's coughing up, wondering if this raises suspicion for certain organisms to the trained eye. Appreciate your help!
