23-year-old female, complaining cough, sputum, and fever since two weeks ago. This is her Chest-PA. Left costophrenic angle is blunted with left cardiac border intact, therefore more suggestive of LLL pneumonia with pleural effusion on the left lung.
If you have a look at the second photo with annotation, what is that rim next to cardiac border? Would that be pericardial effusion or just an pleural effusion masking posterior border of left heart?
And if you have a look at the left lung field of third photo, is that calcification-like lesions are normal vascular structure?
