Sorry for the pic. This is a 10 yo boy who was diagnosed with #Pharyngitis and was given #Amoxicillin. This rash appeared 5 days after finishing ABX. It was in his whole body except palms and soles. In his legs the rash was #Maculopapular-rash with central necrosis. His pharynx was still erythematous with petechiae on the palate. (Note: there was no "strep swab" done). The child complaints: LUQ pain. Guess what he tested positive for this time!

#Elderly-patient treated for urosepsis. Recently started on iv #Amoxicillin-clavulanate. Vitals stable. Has developed this rash. No pruritic, not raised, non-tender, blanching. No SOB, no wheeze, no neck stiffness and no photophobia. Day 1 antibiotics. Query allergic rash.
