A 3 year old boy presented with a 2 day history of vomiting and low grade fever following 1 month of diarrhea. This skin lesion is 2 days old and was found later on by PE, the skin lesion was erythematous but had no central necrosis which only developed recently. No history of insect bites. What is this skin lesion? Will most likely undergo an exploratory biopsy for culture and sensitivity.

40 yof with no remarkable PMHx. Presents to clinic 2 days s/p being awoken by a feeling like her thumb was on fire. Stayed 2 nights in a vacation rental house for 2 days in Utah. 24 hours after the episode PT reports thumb lesions turning into thick black vesicular weeping sores. Accompanied with 10+ macular erythemaypus lesions dispearsed across her UE’s. (See pic 2 and 3)
