A 67 years old man case report

A 67 years old man was referred to our operative unit due to abdominal pain. Patients underwent CT scan and a 24 cm diameter left renal mass was identified.

A radical nephrectomy with open approach was performed and during the procedure a dijunal at 5 cm far away from the treatz ligament secondary lesion was detected.

No other secondary Tumors were identified and a small bowel resection was with duodenaldigiunal handsow anastomoses were performed.

Patient was discharged in 5 postoperative day.

The hystopathological finding demonstrate a renal sarcoma with small bowel metastasis.

Patient died 5 months later due to small bowel obstruction with peritoneal carcinosis.
