79 yo wf. Previously followed for POAG, ARMD, and possible cancer OS. She moved and is looking for a new dr. but the first ophthalmologist wasn't concerned and didn't see any cancer. In our office for a second opinion. Health history shows hypothyroidism. No previous cancer. No symptoms. Stereo photos and OCT indicate what?

corneal metallic foreign body. First photo showing in bedded metallic object embedded in L. Second photo shows removal of foreign body with residual rest ring. Third photo shows minimal rust ring laughed after debridement. Fourth photo shows anterior segment OCT for fun.

86 years old diabetic patient presented for diabetic eye examination. Only complaint was blurry vision in both eyes. Best corrected vision was 20/60 OD and OS. Cataracts were fairly consistent for degree of visual acuity. There was very mild retinal background diabetic retinopathy. Photos and an OCT (optical coherence tomography) were obtained. What stood out was vitreo-macular traction (VMT), leading to pseudomacular cyst formation in one eye. Should this just be monitored waiting on the vitreous to fully detach or should this be sent to retina for possible intervention and separate the two so a macular hole doesn’t form?

A macular pucker, retinal picture and oct.
