pt had skin cancer removed from lower leg and skin graft (from thigh) to wound. Staples removed 5 days ago. I had this photo sent via text with patient wondering what he should put on wound (he did not feel as though anything was wrong with graft). What do people think? Graft rejection? Does wound need debriding?
