received these photos from my former collaborating MD...53yom with undetermined skin condition. Pt has had this since he was 17yo. No changes in appearance or texture. No biopsy performed. Non pruritic, not painful. PMH HTN currently treated with irbesartan-hctz PO qd. Non smoker. No significant family or surgical history. Rash is not on any other areas. Pt still not interested in Derm referral. DDX?
