27 yo HIV positive male, CD4 600 undetectable viral load, has unprotected anal sex (serosorting) with multiple partners, complains of itchiness and foul smell. My guesses are #Balanoposthitis due to candida? Bacterial? Gave him #Miconazole Cream. For glove police; patients' hands, not mine.
