Case Report
I was shown ECG OF 60+ y/o man with 6 hours of chest pain, I started ACS treatment right away based on ECG1 and history, he had a run of VT (not captured), then progressed to SVT and then AF, given Mg and metoprolol, he reverted to NSR (ECG4). Trop 65 on arrival, 76 3hrs later, our PCI center did not agree to urgent angio though. How could you have an ischemic ECG like Fig 1 and then revert to a normal looking one like Fig 4?
