60yo male, obese, dmii, j-tube abscess, no s/s of infection, started as a small blister about 2cm from site ... Developed into this. Extremely painful to the touch and also sharp pains without touch. Recently had some exudate come out of site that wasn't malodorous. Crepitus prior to #Abscess. Unknown etiology. Barrier cream applied around site with Dsg.
