47 yo female presents these lesions on skin of lower extremities and trunk. Lesions last since 6 months. There is slight improvement after high dose of topical clobetasol and oral prednisolone. Antibiotics and antifungal treatment without reaction. Biopsy result: eczema. Have you got any ideas?
