55 yo, male, smoker. Adenocarcinoma of the lung.
CT scan and CT-PET: pulmonary lesion in the right upper lobe (9 cm) and hilar/mediastinal lymphadenopathy (cT3-N2-M0).
FNAB: adenocarcinoma. EGFR wild-type, ALK not rearranged.
Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy (Cisplatin Docetaxel) and Radiotherapy (60Gy/30fr.). Downstaging to cT2b-N0-M0.
CT scan and CT-PET: volumetric increase (8 cm) and mediastinal lymphadenopathy (cT3-N2-M0).
Surgery: Lobectomy (right upper lobe) and thoracectomy (5th and 6th ribs).Quiz: Pulmonary perfusion SPECT/CT Using Tc99m-AMA
Where's the perfusion defect?????2 yr old girl that came to pediatrics ER because of falling from 1 meter. Asymptomatic, a head CT scan is made. What are the current findings? What is the best approach? Prognosis?
