Case Summary

8 year old male with cough, fever (103F), muscle aches, sore throat, and rash over 9-10 days. Rash started on trunk and limbs around the same time. Fully vaccinated. Stabbed for strep and started on #Amoxicillin (strep later negative) at onset. Been to South Dakota but not to major tourist areas. Varicella and Measles IgA/IgM negative. Flu negative. Respiratory viral panel positive for #Mycoplasm.
