13M, healthy, presents for regular dental visit. The radiopacity around 28 (44 for the metric users) was an incidental finding. Nothing could be palpated in the area. No symptoms. Two questions, what's the likely dx and what's up with the radiopacity in the canal? No previous x-rays on record.
Pt ingested multiple radioopaque items.
