36 YOM reports noticing blister on glans 1 month ago which turned into ulcers. Pulled back foreskin to allow wounds to 'breathe' and for past 2wks tip has been swelling. Multiple sexual partners. Noted also few small genital warts to scrotum #paraphimosis #ulcerativegenitalinfection
