35 year's old, G3p2A0 NVD,

Medically and surgically free,

1st trimestric scan was normal, at 16 wks she developed hyperthyroidism, hypertension, on U/S bilateral multiple ovarian cyst, huge placenta (placentomegaly), polyhydraminos, after there hydrops fetalis developed, she come with moderate vaginal bleeding, hysterotomy was done successfully
