What is the diagnosis?
A 45 year old lady comes to you with the complaint of weakness. She has a history of hematemesis of 14 years occurring at 2-3 year intervals. Before hematemesis, she felt a mass in her lower abdomen. When she came with this history, you gave her CBC with ESR, Prothrombin time with INR, endoscopy, liver function test, serum electrolytes, and an ultrasound of the whole abdomen. All investigation reports are normal. So what is your diagnosis?
