Why you should join Figure 1

26 yoF, complains of burning sensation, dryness and redness on volar sides of distal phalanges of all fingers, for a month now. Says it doesnt itch, just burns all the time. In the past week tiny vesicules started to appear, about 10-15 on each finger. Otherwise healty, has no other complaints. Past medical history - dermographism, pollen allergies. Does this looks like allergic eczema, and what topical treatment would you prescribe? Thank you!

3 yeaers old boy with asma

29 year old male with no previous history or atopic eczema presented with this lession since 5 months on the left foot only. It was treated as eczema with mometasone but lession is still present. Lession itches at times. Thank you

The first picture shows these lesions appearing and disappearing in the area around the nose and mouth with mild pain without itching. The second picture shows new itchy lesions for a week. What is the diagnosis in your opinion?

patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this ekg that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric ekg?
