Case Description
Massive intracranial hemorrhage; large intracerebral hematoma vs hemorrhagic contusion involving right temporal lobe with a large overlying subdural hematoma, bi frontal hemorrhage possibly representing contusions as well as massive shift to the right. No reflexes. Brain dead! 82 y/o was doing lawn work. Tripped, fell and hit head.

An electrocardiogram (ECG) was performed in the primary care setting, and the patient was promptly referred to the emergency department.

She cares for a small kennel with approximately eight dogs rescued from the streets. Physical examination revealed multiple small vesicles, some clustered and others scattered, predominantly involving the lumbar region and the left gluteal area.
