10 y/o male, generally healthy. Presented 1 day after he felt a sting behind left ear from unknown insect. Treated with antihistamine and cephalosporins 1st generation without improvement, 2 days after started rash in whole body including palms (shown in figures) and fever of 40 degree. Lab results: elevated ESR, #Leukopenia, mildly elevated liver enzymes. There is a dog at home and it sleeps in his bed! Never been in caves.
