14 yo with now 2 months of worsening rash on hands and feet only.
Much worse over last week after starting hydrocortisone 1%. No pain, no fever slightly itchy. No other lesions on her body outside of hands and feet. No mucosal involvement, Denied burns/chemical exposures. Ideas?
