Discussion
Know it’s your turn, what can you see at fundus exam? Should we test him and his sister? We have 2 great differential diagnoses:
- Choroideremia
- Gyrate Atrophy
Can you think of any other diagnosis? We are waiting for our ocular dystrophies team at the hospital to examine him.
