Enhanced CT in a girl with abdominal distention and hypoalbuminemia shows pleural effusions, pericardial thickening vs. effusion (white), and deviation of the septum (black) towards the left ventricle. Abdominal findings included an enlarged upper IVC and hepatic congestion. This patient was ultimately treated successfully with a pericardial window for constrictive pericarditis. #ThoraxThursday
