50 years-old woman with heavy head aches and hemi-corporeal pain
A 50-year-old woman presents with VAS: 8-9/10 headaches during physical activity and sometimes just upon awakening, accompanied by right upper and lower hemicorporal pain and sudden unexplained feeling of coldness. The patient reports no further symptoms and the physical examination is deferred to the neurology department, she came to ER when she presented heavy head ache one day. No relevant PMH besides having epilepsy diagnosis almost 45 years ago and not having any crisis since. What is the probable diagnosis?
Note: I will upload the spine MRI results soon.
