41 year old South Asian male. Lesion removed from mid soft palate about 10 years ago, path signed out as squamous papilloma. Recurrence 3 years later, biopsy called it epithelial hyperplasia/hyperkeratosis. Most recent recurrence, signed out as verrucous hyperplasia and hyperkeratosis with epithelial dysplasia. Photo here represents current appearance. Some problems just don't want to go away.
