posting this for a colleague. started with high fever over 104 it wasn't resolving with Tylenol and Motrin the next day he had a red spot on his knee that night out of nowhere he started getting blisters that looked like cigarette burns. Pediatrician said impetigo and treated with clindamycin and bactrim, was also putting bactroban on the blisters but he continued to develop more lesions. What's the Dx !? #pediactrics #dermatology
