14 months old girl, had this lesion for 2 weeks, started with grouped vesicles turning into such plaque with multiple minute satellite lesions all over the thigh till back of knee.

46YOF, had some skin lightening done a few years ago, more recently hair straightening. Noted this itchy lesion in the ear for more than a year now. It is not clear whether it is actually enlarging as she definitely cannot see it. Would you biopsy?

Reoccurring puritic rash in 7 year old female with Autism. Originally cultured for staph. Failed treatment with Clindamycin due to inability to get child to take meds. Switched to Azithromycin and able to complete course. Slight improvement with antibiotics and topical hydrocortisone. Currently presenting with new “flare” resulting in worsened stimming per family.

spot Diagnosis

4 yr old female with rash x2 days, no fever, mild pruritus to inner thigh lesions, moderate erythema to posterior pharynx but no visible lesions. Child is very active and feels fine per mom. Dx HFM (hand, foot, mouth).

A 4-month-old male infant presented with skin lesions localized to the chin for the past 3 days. Physical examination revealed multiple small pustules with surrounding inflammatory signs on the chin, along with a few scattered papules on the chest.
