A Followup on the case of 38yo Arab patient that was presented with non-foul smelling discharge from the frenulum of his penis. He was sexually active individual with rough oral sex 14 days prior to consult. CBC showed increase in Neutrophil ct, RPR, VDRL and PCR all Negative. Referred to ID Specialist and ruled out STI. After few days of consult and religiously applying Bactroban ointment, patient shows healed lesion and was asked to follow up for repeat STI blood examinations.

Gave him Bactroban ointment and told probably it was from infected abrasions due to rough oral sex trauma.
