I'm new here! Hello! Pt had skin cancer removed years ago. Top pic is at start of wound care. Bottom is a few weeks later. Have been using Bactroban per md orders. It is at a stand still at this time. Any suggestions for wound care? Supervisor is suggesting Silver-sulfadiazine.

Sorry for the blurry quality.Client has 2 new areas of skin breakdown on both sides of buttock. Somewhat macerated appearance, no drainage, looks like "tearing" of hyper granulated skin.
