Lichen planus vs Psoriasis
M65 with 10years hx of lichenified, hyperkeratotic lesions affecting limbs and trunk with moderate itching presents to the Pharmacy for Point of Care tests. He's normotensive, normoglycemic. He's been to several hospitals and he was told his condition has no cure. No reported hx of steroids treatments, pt only mentioned antifungals which did not help. I suggested topical salicylic + Betamethasone.
