Case 9. 17 year old right handed female with a history of anxiety presents with a two month history of neurologic symptoms that have come and gone. She has experienced tingling in her feet that resolved, tingling in both legs to the thighs that resolved, weakness in her hands (the right has not resolved), as well as some changes in her balance and walking that fluctuate. She has a history of mild concussion. What classic imaging finding is seen on MRI? What diagnosis does her history and imaging suggest?
