Saw pt for PT consult yesterday. Pelvic fracture 6.5 months ago. Small mass developed in suprapubic region ~2 months later and has gotten progressively bigger. Minimal pain. Very firm throughout. Saw general surgeon who diagnosed scar tissue. Internist disagrees. Any thoughts?? I'm lost on this one! Pt did not have films with them at the time so I posted report.
