Pt is a 81 yo M who presents to the ER c/o painful rash. Rash began as blisters a couple of days ago, and turned hemorrhagic 2 days prior. Low grade fever noted. What's your differential?

A day prior to admission, patient had skin rash on the upper body. No fever noted. The next day, rashes worsen, platelet decreased to 110 from 121. Rashes progress to the arms. Patient has family history of SLE. Could this be SLE?

58 yo male w/ h/o HIV on Odefsey presents w/ rashes on the R. buttock. He noted the vesicles (rash day 1) several hrs hours after workout in a park and had potential contact with plants. Rash on day 2 after empirical tx w/ 0.05% betamethasone. Rash appears in S4 dermatome. Rashes have been irritating with burning/itching sensation when siting.

16 y.o. female with localized rash around the neck and behind the ears. Areas close to the ear look more like hives than the rest of the rash. Swollen and tender lymph nodes in the area of the rash.

43 year-old man presents with 5 days of a micropapular erythematous rash on the dorsal aspect of right hand, itchy, nonpainful, not associated with any other symptoms.
