Male patient in his early 30s presented to our imaging practice with hx of 1 week of headaches behind left eye that were starting to spread. Radiologist reported congenital arachnoid cyst but acute fluid on left side and slight midline shift and compression of ventricles. Referred him on for neuro consult. Sorry I don't have more slices.
