Case Report

30 y/o white female with hard, raised lesions on the palmar side of the pinky. Started about 3 weeks ago with one lesion at the base of the pinky, and within the last week 2 new spots appeared. They are not fluid filled. Patient states that they are hard, painful, and have a burning sensation. Any ideas on what they could be?
