Case Overview
24 year old male s/p right clavicle open reduction internal fixation. He had an uneventful early postoperative course. About three months post op, he presents with increased pain, plate prominence, and the deformity on the x-ray. He then returns approximately six weeks later (5 months postop) after having another motorcycle accident with increased deformity seen on the images. Images are intraop, 3 months postop, and about 5 months postop.
How would you manage this patient? What will be your timing of intervention if any? Any further studies or work up?
