Case Report
8 year old male with no significant medical history with abdominal pain of 12 hours duration which started around umbilicus and was now in the right side of the lower abdomen. Examination showed tenderness and guarding in the McBurney point. Blood count showed leukocytosis. During the appendicectomy, the appendix was normal, but examination showed dark red fixed 10cm x 2 mass in the mesenterium.

A 62-year-old patient with difficulty in passing urine, decrease urine output, no burning sensation, pain in abdomen, bowel habit normal. Systemic examination: per rectal examination shows normal anal tone, hard mass in anterior part. Examination shows enlarged prostate approximately to 49.4 gm in weight. Grade I prostatomegaly. Treatment: Tab tamsulosin 0.4mg po od 2 weeks. Prostatic specific antigen (PSA): 4.62 ng/ml. What should be done for further management of patient? Is surgery necessary?
