Velamentous cord insertion found incidentally post op.
- Patient Format: Primip, spontaneously ruptured membranes and augmented with syntocinon before NELUSCS at 8cm for failure to progress.
- Monitoring: CTG was normal throughout labour with just the occasional variable deceleration.
- Outcome: APGARS 9 and 9. Birth weight 3.6kg.
