  1. 22 year old female with a distal radius epiphyseal tumor. Slow growing. Radiograph shows classic "bubbly" appearance. Biopsy three years prior confirmed the diagnosis. Now undergoing surgery to excise tumor with bone graft after achieving financial assistance. Cut surface shows the greatest dimension of tumor to be 6.2 cm. Histology confirms the diagnosis. What's the diagnosis?

  2. Cyst on the #Scrotum part 1. About 3 cm in greatest dimension. I playfully call this an "accessory scrotum!"

  3. Large, intact mesenteric cyst measuring over 20cm in greatest dimension and weighing over 1000g! The wall is thin and smooth with no suspicious areas whatsoever. This is a benign cyst and would just have caused some discomfort in the abdomen. Patient has a history of #Endometriosis, but the cyst is not due to that. Mesenteric cysts are pretty rare, and this is a sizable one.

  4. Large acute cerebral hematoma measuring 6.3 x 9 cm at greatest dimension. Significant mass effect!! Fell at 9am also on plavix.

He had a history of hypertension, long-term smoking, and a sedentary lifestyle. On physical examination, bibasilar crackles were noted on lung auscultation. An electrocardiogram (ECG) was performed in the primary care setting, and the patient was promptly referred to the emergency department.

  2. A 28-year-old woman presented with a 3-day history of intense pruritus over the lower back. She reported no recent travel or exposure to new environments. 4. Patient in late teens presenting after a collapse, no chest pain, no previous cardiac history, no history of sudden death in family, are there any features in this EKG that would warrant further work-up or is this just a pediatric EKG?
